Caracterización físico, química y biológica de un sitio experimental

El sitio experimental, localizado cerca de San Piero a Grado (Pisa- Italia), es un campo agrícola, considerado un “punto caliente” de la diversidad de hongos micorrizas arbusculares (HMA). Doce parcelas fueron muestreadas en un área de aproximadamente 1000 m2. Los análisis de muestras de suelo revelaron que, a pesar de una baja variabilidad global de los suelos experimentales, las propiedades físicas y químicas diferían entre las muestras. La caracterización biológica del suelo a través del análisis del potencial de inoculación micorrízica (PIM), Determinados como porcentajes de colonización radicular de plantas de prueba, mostró que, en la mayoría de las muestras los valores fueron superiores al 40%.
