Caracterización funcional de comunidades de hongos micorrízicos arbusculares

Resumen

La presente investigación se realizó en la reserva “Selva Pisana” cerca de San Piero a Grado, la cual es considerada como una biosfera por la UNESCO. El campo experimental se caracterizó funcionalmente utilizando diferentes plantas hospedadoras, cuya respuesta a las comunidades nativas de HMAs de los 12 sitios muestreados se midió. El crecimiento aumento, y el contenido de N y P difería significativamente entre los tratamientos HMAs nativos dentro de las tres especies de plantas probadas (Allium cepa, Capsicum annuum y Lactuca sativa). Entre los tratamientos nativos de HMAs, dos (llamados 2 y 22) mostraron respuestas de la planta hospedadora significativamente diferentes, a pesar de la similitud de las propiedades del suelo.
